Prescriptive Exercise

The concept of prescriptive exercise is based on the “working smarter not harder” premise. It makes sense that like most other things in life, exercise does not work for each person in the exact same way. And most of us struggle to figure out what really works best for us. At Age Management we take the guess work out of this equation by utilizing state of the art testing equipment and procedures to determine how your individual body reacts to exercise. These results are then used by our doctorate exercise physiologist to create what is truly a unique exercise prescription. |
